How long will it take until the service will be available?
Yes, we have a collection of videos that demonstrate how use our fax service with email, PC-to-Fax print driver, web-to-fax, and our SecureFax-ATA.
How is my privacy protected?
FaxSIPit only stores information necessary to conduct billing and does so in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Is there a training video that can help me to setup the service?

What if I already have a fax number?
You can request the number be ported to us or request a new number from us.
What happens if I have problems?

I am travelling but have an ATA account can I still get my faxes?
You can set your account to receive faxes via email as well as fax machine. Please contact Customer Service for instructions.
Am I paying T-Mobile or FaxSIPit for my services?
You are paying FaxSIPit Services Inc.
Can I get the ATA and Virtual Fax Service?
The ATA includes our PC to fax, Web to fax and Email to fax services.
Why is the first payment higher than the rest?
If the you request to use an existing number or numbers or use ATAs there is a one time cost.
What services do you offer?
For VFAX we offer PC to fax, Web to fax and Email to fax. We also service HTTPS and TLS ATA devices
Is there a special pricing for more than 5 fax numbers?
Please contact sales@faxsipit.com to get the price for a larger volume.
Can I submit two consecutive orders with the same email address?
No, any order is associated with a unique email address.
Is it possible to attach more than one billing statement for an order?
No, the billing statement is associated with all the numbers. If there needs to be more than one billing statement for an order than a split order is needed.
